Vanlife in Austria and Italy
05:18Last month I finally went back to the place my heart keeps desiring so much: the Alps!
And to top it all of, we rented the cutest VW T3 Bus, a real gem!
The trip started in Berlin where we got our groceries and went straight to Vienna to meet up with some lovely friends.
All pictures were taken with the Canon Mark III, a detailed post about my gear will follow soon.
After many laughs and good times the journey continued in the early morning hours and we finally reached the first mountains, looking down at us from the far distance.
We went deeper into the mountains and drove up to Loser Mountain on a rather rainy day just to be surprised by the most beautiful sunrise in the early morning.
Taking in the sun we made our way to one of Germanys most famous lakes, the "Königsee"
After spending a couple days in the German mountains, enjoying good food and chatting with friendly people the journey continued to Italy instead of Austria because the weather was said to be better there.
The weather was absolutely perfect but much colder than expected.
Early morning we packed our things and went to all the stunning lakes Italy has to offer. If lakes are your thing you'll love this part of the world.
Right after our little boat cruise on the Lago di Braies it started raining like crazy which meant it was time to go back to Austria and enjoy the last days of the journey there.
Impressions are down below.
Big thanks again to those who made this possible! If you'd like to rent one of these adorable Vans for your summer adventure, here is the link.

I woke up at 4:30 am after having a nightmare and just wanted to breathe some fresh air, head straight to bed afterwards. Looks like nature wanted to soothe and calm my troubled mind a little. |
How you will find me when I am on the road: smiling, with a hoodie, sneakers and beanie. |

This looks more relaxing than it was but hey we had fun and that's all that counts. |
Moody conditions by the lake. It almost felt like nature was still asleep. |
The famous little boat house which lies right next to a cozy cabin where they had the cutest little cows. |
